Redbridge Business Education Partnership (ReBEP) is a charity which exists to “develop and enhance the skills and potential of the local business community and their future workforce through structured education, training and enterprise initiatives”.

ReBEP brings together all sections of those living and / or working in Redbridge to participate in education business link activities. We ask employers, employees, the wider community, university, college and school students to volunteer their support to help young people from 5 to 19, to develop their personal and employability skills.

This website gives you an overview of some of the many programmes and activities we run for business and education in Redbridge. There are many more and ReBEP will always try to tailor make activities to suit individual needs.

In the last 12 months ReBEP have:

• • worked with all secondary and around 50% of the primary schools in Redbridge.
  • placed over 4,400 students in work experience placements.
  • engaged over 5,800 students in Work Related Learning activities and conferences.
  • worked with over 1,400 local employers.
  • placed 55 teachers into business on Professional Development Placements.
