The G&T programme is tailored to the needs of each school / organisation and may comprise selected activities from this document or others designed to achieve specific outcomes (includes out of hours, outward bound and other extension activities).
EBP G&T activities aim to stretch and challenge students and help to develop confidence, self-esteem, initiative, problem-solving, team work and leadership skills. Students will be able to recognise their strengths and weaknesses and, as a result, become more able to plan future pathways.
